All goods and services supplied by Little Mahuta from this website will be upon these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Price
All prices are charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST but are subject to change, at our discretion.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please see our frequently asked questions for more information.

Payment
We accept payment via Stripe with your Credit Card.

Orders are dispatched within 72hrs after payment is received, except for custom prints and prints sized A2 or larger. Please see our frequently asked questions for more information.

Intellectual Property
All art and products on this website are trademarks of Little Mahuta and are protected by copyright.

The customer must not resell, copy, reproduce, alter or create a derivative work from any content, art and products on this website.

Little Mahuta reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, if we deem him or her to be misusing our service or using our service in an unlawful manner. All rights are reserved.

Colours
We take industry measures to ensure colours are accurate, however please be aware that printed colours can vary from your screen due to different monitor calibration.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

RETURN POLICY

The products are made to order, therefore we do not accept returns for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

A lot of care is taken when packaging orders, and each item is inspected thoroughly for defects before it is sent. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs/descriptions of the damage alleged. We will assess damage and we will decide on whether an item can be replaced or refunded on the basis of damage.
