What is your shipping policy?
$7 flat rate for prints, tracked.
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days after payment is received.
Delivery time frame is approximately 3-5 working days.
An email of the track and trace number will be sent to you shortly after dispatch.
Free shipping on orders equal to or over $50 for all NZ and Australian delivery addresses.
Please note that custom and prints A2 sized or larger are printed within 3 days after payment has been received and then dispatched soon after.
OUTSIDE NEW ZEALAND
Little Mahuta does not currently ship outside NZ via standard order process. However, please enquire about International dispatch of products and services on our Contact page. International Delivery is determined on a case by case basis and at the discretion of Little Mahuta.
Australia - $15 flat rate, untracked. Delivery time frame is approximately 7-10 working days.
Rest of the world - $25 flat rate, untracked. Delivery time frame is 1-3 weeks.
Wholesale orders - Free shipping is offered on all wholesale orders including internationally. Our Free Shipping Fees are based on quoted amounts generated by NZ Post Tracked Courier Service. Littlemahuta allows for a maximum shipping allowance of $250NZD. Anything thereafter is at your cost.
We are unable to ship frames outside of New Zealand due to the fragile nature of the product.
Little Mahuta has no control over any customs or import duties that might be incurred when your package reaches its destination country, which means you are liable for these costs if they arise.
If you choose to engage a private shipping service Littlemahuta is happy to work with this service, within standard shipping terms outlined above. Any liability is then transferred to you, upon electing to utilise your own private shipping options. Example: damaged, lost items or other.
A4 and A3 prints are packed in a clear resealable sleeve with backing board.
Custom prints A2 or larger are rolled up carefully and placed in appropriate mailing tubes.
Framed prints are carefully packed with bubble wrap and placed in cardboard box. Please note we are unable to ship frames outside of New Zealand due to the fragile nature of the product.
A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. New: Never used
A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects. See seller's listing for full details.
